About
Our Mission
We started Habitat because we saw the same broken incentive structure everywhere: property managers who earn more when things go wrong, charge you for vacancies they should be filling, and bury markups in invoices you never see.
The fix isn't complicated — it's just alignment. We earn 10% of rent and ancillary income collected. No rent collected, no fee. That's it. Our interest in filling your unit, keeping your tenant, and resolving maintenance fast is identical to yours.
We focus exclusively on Utah County because that's where we know the market, the seasonality, the BYU/UVU tenant pool, and the vendors. Depth over breadth.
The Team

Finance & Real Estate

Why Owners Hand Us The Keys
Direct personal accountability. You get an owner who answers, not a turnover desk.
We know this market: pricing, seasonality, BYU/UVU dynamics, and local vendors.
Modern portal tools and electronic everything. No paper, no fax, no 1998.
Built for investors, with every system designed around protecting your returns.
