The switch, coordinated
We coordinate the switch with your current manager: notices, records, keys, deposits and resident communications. Your first statement follows the first full month after we receive the funds and records.

Your statements reviewed free
We review your last 12 statements free, whether or not you switch. Ask for it when you get in touch, and we reply with where to send them.

Month to month
Month to month, with at least 30 days' notice, effective at the end of the month, and no exit fee.

Every charge disclosed
Our management fees and other charges are disclosed in advance and itemized on your statements.

Pricing on one page
Three charges, all written into the agreement. If it is not on the list, we do not charge it.

Statements you can check
Every month, an itemized statement: what came in, what went out, what we took, and what was paid to you.
