How switching works.
We coordinate the switch with your current manager: notices, records, keys, deposits and resident communications.

Notices
Notice to your current manager, as their agreement with you requires. We coordinate the timing with you and with them.

Records
The leases, the ledgers and each resident's records come over from your current manager.

Keys
Keys, codes and remotes are handed over to us.

Deposits
The residents' deposits are transferred to us and recorded against each resident.

Resident communications
Your residents hear from us about the change, and move to the resident portal, where they pay rent and report repairs.

Your first statement
Your first statement follows the first full month after we receive the funds and records.
